Piano lessons are offered for children and adults of all ages and skill levels. Both individual and small group lessons are available.
Lessons for Young Students
(Ages 4-6)
Young students are encouraged to join a Keyboard Games class - a small group lesson that meets once a week. The maximum number of students is three. A Keyboard Games class provides an environment for your child to explore music, interact with others musically, and develop keyboard playing skills. Each class includes activities away from the piano - singing, chanting, moving - as well as activities at the piano - learning short pieces and creating their own music.
Lessons for Older Students
(Ages 7+)
Older students are generally ready for individual lessons. However, many beginning students enjoy learning piano with a friend in a "partnered" lesson. Partnered lessons meet once a week for 55 minutes and give students the opportunity to learn and play piano together. Whether in an individual or partnered lesson, each class consists of activities away from the piano and at the piano.
Lessons for Adults
It's never too late to learn piano! No matter the age, you can start your journey with piano. If you struggled with traditional lessons as a child, give audiation-based lessons a try.
